What do you do, when even the tumbleweeds that blow hither and yon along Broad Street won't come to see your 76ers play basketball? You publicize the fact that hometown darling, Jimmy "J-Roll" Rollins, will be awarded with an MVP jersey during the game. Aaaand, it would help to give free club box tickets out to all the faithful fans who USED to own season tickets one year prior.
